Nose: Very floral, violets, snap peas on the stem, lychee nut husk, slight musty
Palate: Candy coating.. reminds me jordan almonds, particularly the casing. Super elegant and subtle sweetness. Pencil shavings and fresh microgreens on the finish.
Rating: 6 / 10 – I would easily drink this any day. But it’s my first shochu so I have no idea how to score it. Definitely glad to have it in my glass.
