Nose: Like a very fancy men’s aftershave. In the most complementary way possible. Musky, sweet, woody. If it was higher ABV, I would splash this on my neck. Cherries, ganache, sandalwood. An epic alcoholic white chocolate truffle. Rose water and violets. Rich high grade maple syrup.
Palate: Such gentle sweetness. Blackberries and cassis. Fresh tiny mountain strawberries, nearly as zippy as they are sweet. Candied rose petals or a rose white chocolate truffle. Fleeting brownie batter note. Fresh apricot. Refined sugar. Finish reminds me of a Dublin Dr. Pepper.
