Palate: Peat, cigarette smoke, fresh cherries, metallic, vanilla
Rating: 7 / 10 – fun fact: speyside used peat during WW2 because they were not allowed to use wood.
Nose: Sugar frosting, grape jolly rancher
Palate: Strong bazooka joes grape gum, mild sulfur note.
Rating: 4 / 10 – meh
Nose: Buttery, vanilla, white tea.
Palate: Cabinet spices, redvines, rooibos, orange peel, slightly sour bourbon cask note.

Nose: Sour note, slightly nutty, sugar.
Palate: Strong, but good wood, touch of sweetness which nicely negates some of the wood, big sip, dates, prunes, cane honey, subtle molasses, black pepper
Rating: 5 / 10 – fine but oddly non descript

Palate: Black tea, chocolate and tobacco… and sulfur. Too much for me.missing a touch of sweetness.
Rating: 5 (Ryan) 3 (Shane) / 10 – this is a pretty solid cask if it wasn’t for the sulfur

Palate: Peach, apple, hint of cardboard, tiny hint of blue cheese

Palate: Turpin, resin, grassy, skunky weed, green bell peppers, rosemary
Rating: 4 / 10 – fun but forgettable.

Nose: Rich stonefruits, red plums, tobacco, wet dunnage, hint of deviled egg (specifically pickle and mustard)
Palate: Huge px sweety. Sitting on a knife’s edge of my tolerance for sulfur. Probably too far over to be honest. Yup, I’d write more as I like the big syrupy notes but can’t hang.
Rating: 5 / 10 – ough if you don’t mind sulfur and you love heavy sherry bombs, this could be epic. Unfortunately, I can’t hang.
Nose: Mineral oil, sunflower seeds, cedar, furniture polish, smokey honey, barley sweets, lemon zest, unripe yellow peach.
Palate: Fabric bandaid, honey, bright fruit

Nose: Yellow peaches, cantaloupe, kumquat.
Palate: Orange blossom honey, anise seed, flinstone’s vitamin chews, elderflower
Rating: 7 / 10 – this is just beautiful
Nose: Sweet hickory smoke, incents
Palate: Juicy fruit, smoke, braggs aminos
Rating: 7 / 10 – simple sweet and fun
Nose: Sugar cream frosting, maple syrup, cedar, pan seared sweet plantains.
Palate: You get the sweetness at the front, some lemongrass, brussel sprouts cooked in maple syrup, really toned down for SB dna, and finish goes a bit more of that sour/astringent bourbon barrel realm
Rating: 6 / 10
Nose: Salt marshes, olive oil lemon cake, smoked sea salt, creamy.
Palate: Oh yummy, stone fruit, unripe yellow peach, has that quintessential SB bandaid vibe but really nicely integrated here, tarmac, gouda, licking envelopes, olive brine, green peppercorn
Rating: 7 / 10 – this has been one of the better and more enjoyable of this series, very nice
