Nose: Without question the most complex nose of the series. Bold vietnamese cinnamon. The sweet heat and carnality of honey mustard ribs. Hazelnut, which is basically my bane after being food poisoned on Nutella, but just fits.
Palate: Intensely oak forward, with cabinet spices and white pepper. Dried trail mix with milk chocolate chips. Crisp Bosc pears and vanilla.
Rating: 7 / 10 – I enjoy how different these blends are, and yet how much DNA they share. This is perhaps the most interesting of the four, but I found myself reaching for batch C more often.
