Nose: Salmon skin, allspice, pickled green beans. The sweet butter pickles like vlasic, of where there should be no space for in this world’s culinary lexicon and hurt me every time someone tried to sneak it on my burger. With more time it rings of ground lamb.with pomegranate pips.
Palate: You ever pray something doesn’t taste like it smells? Mission unlocked. Asian pears, Cacao pod flesh, cascara tea, apple vinegar, artichoke leaves, and then veers off into earthy cinnamon and cacao nibs.
Rating: 5 / 10 – While the nose was a hurdle, the palate has a fruitified earthiness I quite enjoy.
