Nose: Cinnamon, roasted chestnuts over an open fire, tall grass
Palate: Big red cinnamon gum and cinnamon bears, umami soy, leather. Dirty funky, meaty awesome.
Rating: 7 (Shane) 8 (Ryan) – so powerful palate – Pretty sure this is either Killowen or Baoilleach
