Nose: Sweeter side of marsala, golden raisins, a bright sweet light vinegar. Apricot or grape honey sticks from the farmers market, molasses cookies, clove cigarette, lighter maple syrup
Palate: True to the nose. Note for note.
Rating: 6 / 10 – it’s still marsala which is a challenge for my palate, but credit due where it’s due, it really works with the spirit.
