Nose: Milled corn. All the citrus fruits of the rainbow (orange, lemon, lime, grapefruit). Touch of unripened pineapple, jalapeño and habanero peppers, an awesome salsa.
Palate: Brightness. Fresh ground cinnamon and cedar. Earth depth of mole, chewing on espresso beans and chocolate, and dill pickles. Touch of citronella, basil, and tomato vines. Early release Stone Xocoveza, if you know, you know. Except incredibly light on its feet and lacks the base note. Long finish is all maduro cigar.
Rating: 6 (Shane) 7 (Ryan) / 10 – This just hits the right notes. Every sip is quite enjoyable. My first agave from South Africa.
